Today while traveling the New York State THRW I90 I stopped in a rest area to get a water and found a snapple machine that was all plastic bottles then later that night at Turning stone casino my mother in l;aw had a diet snapple in glass.So either it is was old or it's just the beginning of the end.Either way it's sad to see another glass hold out give up the ghoast in the quality dept in favor of saving a few bucks.It's enough to annoy anyone who ever enjoyed a snapple and pounded the bottom of that big fat glass bottom to mix any content that settled at least now you fa**ots won't hurt your hands.....ok I'm better now. LoL.But really it is sad to see a change like that after many years of a uniform package.

Ummmm snapple is not giving up on glass bottles... distributors use the plastic bottles for vending machines where glass would break the second it came out. Sure there are some machines that can be used to vend glass, but I'm guessing at a rest stop they aren't going to spend 10,000 on a special glass front machine that would get broken into overnight over a single bottle.. instead they'll use the same machines you use for cans/bottles and simply use plastic bottles of snapple which fit the dimensions at no extra cost to them in a special machine.

North Texas has had Snapple both in 20oz plastic and 16 oz glass for several years now.

They have glass front vendors that vend glass bottles. I remember seeing them in the late 90's.
