"Welcome to the Coke side of life"

This will be a global ad.

Awful. Just Awful. It's a slogan the will soon be out of date, if it isn't already.
All I can think of is that Monty Python song from "Life of Brian" "Bright side of life"

I mean they throw millions of dollars to create such a slogan, and this is the best one they believe will help the slide of their flagship brand.

My two cents.

"Welcome to the Coke side of life" will have the same amount of success as CokeII. This has to be one of the lamest slogans any global company has developed in a long,long time.

"Coke is the real thing or adds life"???? is not only classic, it sounds so good to one's ears. [img]smile.gif[/img]

Global? OH NO! Coke, please don't take away the successful latin american "Toma lo bueno" campaign!

I prefer thousand times the "toma lo bueno" campaign, than that "Welcome to the Coke side of life" campaign... "Bienvenido al lado Coca-Cola de la vida"?... sounds plain!

Coke slogan and jingle ads have stank since it killed the "Always" series, which was perfect.

It's pretty bad.

this is pretty bad.
and odd since cherry coke is becoming coca-cola cherry and vanilla coke coca-cola black cherry vanilla.
so they are going to use the coke name for the slogan, but have all packaging say coca-cola. good thinking.

i agree although i dont think they have had a jingle since then. i will not be suprised if this new slogan does not have a jingle either.
