guys, heard from a reliable source that someone sold the full throttle concept to coke, or possibly the formula. is this true?

question is, does coke buy concepts or just marketshare brands? i was told they buy concepts.

how much do you think they pay and what is typical licensing structures? what is a typical/standard deal?
