Compared to most beverages it tastes horrible, but as a protein shake it's one of the better tasting pure protein mixtures on the market, I think. I'm not sure about the quality of the protein though.
80 calories, no carbs, no sugar. The problem is that it costs $1.99 a bottle, meaning it's only good if you can't stop at home and make your own protein shake within an hour of lifting. Good stuff if you're on the go. I've only tried grape and it tasted horrible at first but grew on me.
P.S. If you're not into weight lifting, you probably don't care. If you are, well, now you know.
