I'm looking for data by Coca-Cola and Pepsi on how well their various flavours (diet and non) are selling and hopefully some past info to show a trend. (Note: I've found basic earnings in the Coca-Cola press centre, but not a breakdown by soda)

Also, I've not been able to find Pepsi Press Releases on new sodas. The Coca-Cola Press Centre is pretty good at providing info but I don't know where I can get info on new Pepsi products. Thanks.

Beverageworld used to have a breakdown of each soda... but they took them off the site. I wish I had saved the pdf files.

Good Informatiopn Fusion. I would say that is the best you can do for the latest information because obviously 2005 has still not been gathered.

Not sure about sales figures being available online for the general public. However I know I've seen Pepsi's archive of press releases, and it only took me a minute or two at their website to find this:

the 2003 list has 2002 data, the 2004 list has 2003 data.

No sign of any 2004 data.

cool that you found that! I remember years ago when reading some industry magazines at the local college library seeing charts like this. Didn't expect to see it online though, as usually data like this is something you "pay" for and not seen on the net unless you are a paid subscriber or member.

i think there's another site called "beveragedigest.com" that also has this data. but, like the other sites, 2005 data won't be out for a month or so.

i'm curious to see how coke zero fared. according to coca-cola execs, it did about .9% share (for the months it was released). that's not enough to put it in the top ten yet, but, next year, coke zero just may break the top ten if it can muster a 1.2-1.4% share. which would be pretty phenomenal considering it's a new brand.
