No Pepsi bottler still bottles 12oz. I still have a few from Davenport's last run. I saved a full bottle from the 1940's, 1950's, 1962, 1963-1972, 1973-1990, & one dated 2002. (They each had a diffrent design) I won't open them. I swear they were the best Pepsi bottler there was. A whole case of 24 bottles was only $3.99 plus deposit in 2002 before they shut down. Besides this they used Sugar Cane in their products. Their Mountain Dew Bottles were full of floaters, you could see the pulp. I have not seen any one-way 10oz around the mid-west or mid-east. Memphis, MO still does returnable 10oz Pepsi, Diet Pepsi & Mt. Dew, but only if you bring empties to the bottling company.

Could be. There is an indie Pepsi/Dr Pepper bottler there. Dayton was the first that popped into my head.

I believe Pepsi Americas always uses _G as codes. Indianapolis is GG, Muenster is BG, etc. I believe the G stands for General. They used to be Pepsi-Cola General Bottlers.
