Arby's has always allowed the franchisees to pick their beverage supplier, but now they've signed an exclusive agreement with Pepsi. They will also feature Dr Pepper from Cadbury.

The franchises around me serve Coke, but the ones downstate (different franchisee) serve Pepsi.

No specific info on when they will switch.

Well..I don't usually eat at Arby's but I prefer Pepsi fountain drinks over coke. So,now that I know they now serve Pepsi and Dr, I might stop by for a cold one. In my parts Coke has most of the fast food business.

Even BETTER news...diet Dr Pepper is an optional brand.

so the question is where will coke go with all the Arbys money and buy some business.

When Pepsi lost Subway, they just took all that cash and went and bought Quizno's business.

The real pain here is for DPSU who actually had some albeit rare success getting into Arby's fountains. Suppose the uniformity will help Arby's in the end though.
