I have a kegerator and got a crazy idea. My kegerator is a full size side by side fridge with 5 lb C02 tank, dual gauge regulator, and the pipes and fittings to send the beer to the tap through a hole in the fridge door. I was thinking I could get a new CO2 regulator that could give the ~10PSI to the keg for beer and then have another regulator plus all the assorted equipment, pipes and fittings with a cold water supply line to dispense a carbonated beverage from a BIB syrup.
I was thinking about buying a cheap old 4 tap soda fountain off ebay and working with those parts to put a tap in my kegerator along side my beer. What special parts are needed? A pump? How does the C02, water and syrup all mix together? Is there a website for crazy people like me that want to make a homemade soda fountain?
oops, dont have the picture. will post later.
