I live in Michigan, and some of the cable channles have commercials for "National" restaraunts like "Sonic". The commercial featured an orange cream (icecream/slush) type of drink which looks tempting. I've never heard of Sonic before, but I wish I could try one of those drinks.

I've found Sonic food to be pretty so-so, but they really shine with their drinks. I love their cherry limeade.

Unfortunately, the closest locations to me are in southern Virginia, so I maybe go there every year or two.

They have been expanding their footprint, though they still aren't in the northeast, as well 8 other northern states.

Looks like the closest ones to you would be in Indiana and Ohio.

The orange cream slush from Sonic tempted me also, and it's about 45 minutes from my house, but by a big shopping area that I go - so I had a chance to try one the other day, and YUM!

If you remember the Orange Creamsicle - it tasted almost exactly like that - except in a drinkable form. (So melt some 1/2 way and you got something very similar to Sonic's Orange Cream Slush.

Mmmmmmmm. I want some!
