I stopped off at Citgo on the way to work and I saw they had 20 ounce bottles of Tahitian Treat on sale for 79 cents. It had been a few years since I had the stuff. Anyway, it's pretty good! It has a real sweet taste though, and it has the most calories I've ever seen in a soda. (350 in a 20 ounce bottle)

What do you guys think of the stuff?

I remember drinking it when I was growing up.
As my memory recalls back then it tasted even sweeter than Hawaiian Punch (H.P. is pretty darn sweet).

Yeah, I had it two or three years ago and I thought it was too sweet.

I love the graphics, but the soda itself is WAYYYY too sweet.

Prepriced 99¢ 2L sold around here. I agree, way too sweet.

I like the taste but it always kind of leaves me with a strange after-taste. I know it sounds wierd...but kind of scratchy.

I absolutely adore Tahitian Treat, but haven't seen it since I moved to Iowa.

Move to Chicago. I see one facing (fridge pack) at the major grocery stores.

Tahitian Treat has always been sort of a joke around here. It's definitely sweeter than Hawaiian Punch(which I love), but it also has a cheaper taste to it. Usually, you can only find it in sketchy-looking gas stations.
