I am upset.

I was looking forward to BCVC coming out. And now that it is hear, I am so unhappy that they replace Vanilla Coke with this.

Though it is very drinkable, the taste is underwhelming. Unlike Vanilla Cokes flavor punch at first sip.

So I've already emailed Coca Cola (from their website) that I am unhappy with their new product.
And will be calling the 800 number on the can tomorrow.

IIRC Diet Vanilla Coke was brought out in 2002 due to demand.
Well, let's demand Vanilla Coke back!

Or at the very least, let coke know that this is product is not a winner.

I put money on BCVC taste better in Europe too! (if it ever comes out there)

I actually prefer it to VC.. I thought VC's taste was way too strong. BCVC is mellow....

i thought vanilla coke was awful. tasted so artificial... and was too sweet.

i haven't tried the black cherry vanilla stuff yet... but i'm in no rush. i'm happy with the original and Zero.

I was not a fan of Vanilla coke either. IMO the vanilla was a 1.5 on the 10 scale of taste/flavor.
My idea of vanilla is the taste of New York Vanilla ice cream. For me there is no "bite" in Vanilla Coke's flavor.

I will taste Cokes new Black Cherry Vanilla with an open mind. [img]smile.gif[/img]

Of course this is all subjective

But, now that I have tried BCVC, and now back to drinking my supply on VC, I feel that Vanilla Coke is a better drink. It has a robust flavor that BCVC does not have. I am/was a VC coke drinker over Coke Classic. I am sad that it no longer made.
