How come A&W fast food and drive ins do not
serve A&W cream soda? Yes their cream soda
is only available at grocery stores.
I also hear there use to be A&W orange soda.

The restaurant and the drinks are owned by different companies, and the restaurant probably assumes the cream soda wouldn't be a huge seller. Thats my take anyway. I don't even know if Cadbury makes A&W Cream soda BIB's...

I don't think there is a Creme Soda, BIB anyway. Heck, if anything, it'd be Mug Creme anyway... which I don't get why it isn't sold locally -- creme soda is big here, well the local brands. A&W Creme locally is kind of spotty -- it's at just about every store, but very, very little of it.

I don't think the A&W drive-in even uses the same formula the A&W in stores use... from what others have mentioned in the past they run off different formula's as well as being owned by different companies...
