What's your opinion of the new packaging of Dasani that appears in www.dasani.com? This packaging has been released yet?

I don't think I like it as much.

Then again, I'm not sure how much this change is going to affect sales. It's still one of the best bottled waters out there.

It is way early in the history of this product to be changing labels, particularly considering the crowded market segment it competes in.

The bottle itself isn't new. They already use that bottle for the 24oz 6 packs.

Coke's already changed the plastic outerwrap of the multipack bottles of Dasani. They went from a dark blue to a light blue.

It does seem a bit early to be changing the label, but keep in mind that they are already changing the Minute Maid lemonade/punches logos, and Dasani has been out longer than those drinks.

The bottles we get from Twinsburg have also changed. They have these raised areas behind the label area... definately a different feel when you put them in your hand.

I'm not a big fan of Dasani to begin with. For some reason, i always fell oily after drinking it. I'd choose any other bottled water before I chose Dasani.
