I work with a major int'l popular recording artist that also happens to have a beverage brand they want to launch.
We're looking to determine the best way to launch:
1. partnership with a mid-size bottler with national distribution [or at least major metro across the country] perhaps a boylans or nantucket nectar - that would value the association with the artist and the huge PR exposure they can bring to the table.
2. licensing to a major - one of the big 3 -
3. purchasing a small brand/bottler with existing distribution.
4. producing it themselves and "grass-rooting" the distrib.
