The local sheetz stores all have these now. You take a milkshake cup from the freezer that the machine sits on, take the cover off the cup and put it into the holder in the machine. It sucks up the cap, whips up the frozen shake, and spits it back out the bottom. Strawberry, Vanilla, and chocolate. The frozen shake is in the cup already. They are weak tasting, not horrible though. $2.00 each.
