So I noticed in the store today that gatorafe is sportin a new label.
Its clear, has the big gatorade bolt and to the right of the bolt is gatorade, much smaller. No more green background.
I got a bottle of strawberry kiwi rain, the label looks about the same but the gatorade wordmark is much smaller now (The background was clear on the old rain label)
I guess you just have to see the lightning bolt and you know what it is.
No pics yet and gatorades website hasnt updated yet.

I saw the new lable last Saturday.
I did not really give a good look
as thankfully I do not medically need to
drink it. In a month or so I will start
drinking it ( gots to have my Lemon Lime fix LOL)
and I will give it a good look see.

On first glance it does have a nice new look to it.

First Pepsi, then Coca-Cola Cherry, now Gatorade, and soon Diet Pepsi, Diet Coke and Coca-Cola Classic...

Ok, I scanned the new label, heres part of the label from the XFactor line.
Also remember the background is clear, so all the white text blends in on the scan.

Here in Mexico there's no sign of that new label... in fact it has been released a new label for the Gatorade Fierce line... and the Gatorade logo still appears complete...

And next come the price increases... roughly 6 cents per 32oz bottle.

i don't think i would've noticed the difference...

How does taking the emphasis off the brand name beneficial to the product? I suppose they want people to see the orange lightning bolt before they see the name Gatorade, but I still don't quite understand how this is going to sell more product. Looks okay, though.

By now, they've associated that bolt with the name, though.
