I recently heard a rumor that Carolina Beverages might stop making Cool Moon. When I visited the online Cheerwine store earlier today, I noticed that they no longer list Cool Moon -- only Cheerwine, Diet Cheerwine, and their line of bottled water. I guess their distribution of Sun Drop made selling Cool Moon pointless.

For 5 years I've stopped along I-77, I-85, I-73, Rt 52 and other roads in central NC and around Cabarrus County and only found Cool Moon in 2 out of the way stores in Salisbury and someone had to give me directions to one of them.
