Someone is selling a can of Dr Retro on ebay. I've never heard of this one. The can does not have any store name on it. The sellers other Dr Pepper copies for sale look like they are all from Texas, as is the seller. Is Dr Retro a store brand or a regional brand like Dr Wham?

The funny thing is, Ahold uses Relax Renew Revive in their Giant stores in the health & beauty sections.

They seem to be the main grocery chain in the San Antonio area. Maybe it's from an indie.

It is the store brand of Brookshire Bros., a grocery store chain in Eastern and Central Texas.
