Default Jones Xmas Sodas at Target

Found all 3. 1 is rerelease and 2 are new. The 2 new ones are Pear Tree and Mele Kalimakliki (sp?). Anyway, Pear Tree tastes like pears and Mali whatever (Christmas in Hawaiian) tastes like a Pina Colada. Definately try them!

    NOVEMBER 2008:
The Holiday Season is once again upon us and this year instead of our traditional Turkey and Gravy, we have created festive standalone sodas to be found exclusively in the Target stores nationwide.

    Candy Cane

    Pear Tree

Mele Kalikimaka (a pineapple and coconut combo)

It's obvious that the financial issues over at Jones have effected their usually over-the-top holiday collections. I mean, talk about downsizing. No special Christmas Pack this year, or even a secondary pack. (You can buy last year's Chanukah Pack online, however). No Turkey & Gravy or Christmas Ham. As ScottyLibido noted, all Jones rolled out this season is three 4-Pack flavors at Target.

I was able to pick these up and gave them the "review and a tree photo" treatment

Candy Cane is a rerun from last year, tastes the same with the cane sugar sweetener. It's still much better than when it first appeared '06 with HFCS, however, it's still too minty/mouthwashy for my tastes.

Pear Tree had potential, but I found it to be lacking in actual flavor. It was subtle and bubbly, but could have used far more of a pear taste. Not bad, but underperforming.

Mele Kalikimaka is the standout when it comes to a non-alcoholic piƱa colada clone. Nice use of coconut and pineapple flavorings. Scent is attractive, aftertaste was clean. Overall, a solid entry and probably the flavor to seek out in this year's Jones holiday offerings.
