Has anyone come across this new look for Royal Crown Cola? Is it permanent?
Someone reported finding a bottle with this new look at Wal-Mart and a NASCAR race team has its car decked out with this logo.
I have to say this vintage look is an improvement over the current logo.
Current logo for comparison:

Damn, it's about time they did something like that! looks good to me. I'd hope it's a permanent change. For the longest time their drinkrc .com website was a dead link for me, now I see it goes to Cad-Schwps RC page, but that page hadn't changed in years.
I see the "crown" is back, although that doesn't really resemble any of the previous crowns they'd used:

The crown is a nice touch. Who distributes RC these days? Is it Dr Pepper?

permanent
Yes it is permanent. The CROWN is from early 60's on the NECK.

does anyone know the highest market share that RC ever earned in the US? i know it was always a distant third... though i think Diet Rite was a big seller in the early days of the sugar-free market.

The RC car didi not qualify, engine trouble.
I see that Royal Crown Cola is again on the label. It's not on the current can.Pear pimples for hairy fishnuts.
