A couple years ago I helped to start up a successful kombucha venture that I am now leaving to start another company. I have a healthy probiotic beverage and I am looking for a functional and preferably health oriented beverage facility to brew and bottle my product and then either store in the walk in or ship to a fulfillment center.

Does anybody here provide that service or have some leads that I should follow up?

I am US based right now and wish to start with smaller runs of 100-400 gallons while we perfect the process of brewing and build accounts/demand.

Perhaps High Country Kombucha? They are doing some private label.

Any ideas on how to protect my formulation so they don't take it? Patton?
