If passed New York would join Cleveland and Allentown in making year round Sucrose Coke.

New York would be the only place to get Sugar Citric Acid Pepsi (aka KP Pepsi) (or a near equivalent if the Natural Flavors are different) year round.

This is a good thing and hope it passes

I have opened my eyes in regards to corn syrup lately.

^Yeah, as much as I would like to see all soda sweetened with sucrose, I don't see any reasonable grounds for banning HFCS.

Why don't they just stop artificially inflating the price of cane sugar?

New York State wide proposed ban.

Banning it in New York City would probably be easier since they did the Transfat ban in restaurants

Won't this make prices go up?
