Does anyone know of a hot fill copacker that doesn't have such a large minimum qty. I am a new beverage and need the help.

What are average minimum quantities?
How many do you want to produce?
Is the minimum quantity a problem for a lot of startups?
Would minimums vary between cold paks / hot paks?
Same Q on minimum quantity variations between carb'd and non-carb'd?

Haven't found much on this topic in BevNet. But I'm new. Maybe I haven't done a thorough job searching. Are there other sources/forums/boards of information for new bevco startups you'd care to recommend?
