its hard to say - pitch black 2 really didnt sell this year - i'd say no

1. Original MD - How can you go wrong with the original, it still has that crisp tangy sweet citrus taste.
2. Pitch Black II - Now i've only had this one a few times, but each time I had it I enjoyed it thoroughly. A good tasting grape soda, with an awesome sour bite, maybe that's just because I love sour things.
3. Baja Blast - Sucks that it's a fountain drink only, but definitely a nice flavor. Has hints of lime in it from what I can tell, and is a nice refreshing extension of the brand. Although sometimes with the inconsistency of fountains, it can just look and taste like pool water.
4. Livewire - Immediately after the first sip it tastes like a normal orange only a bit different. After a few more sips the apparent MD flavor comes through and a caffeine bite kicks in.
5. Pitch Black I - Good drink, puts a different spin on a grape soda. With the MD base and caffeine added, definitely makes a better grape soda.
6. Code Red - Good drink with a cherry taste that comes through. Harder to recognize the MD base compared to the other flavors but the Cherry fizziness makes up for it.
7. Diet Dew - Never tried because it's hard to find, and i'm not a diet soda drinker, so automatically last place.

I think I'll redo my Mountain Dew list. Here it is as follows:
