Does anyone know the details of the whole Red Bull vs. Mad Croc suit? Whats the Story???

all I know is that red-bull put a stop to mad-croc and now I guess mad-croc isn't being made anymore. I love mad-croc, its my favorite energydrink, as soon as I found out that red-bull messed them up, I went out and bought out ALL that I could find, I still have about 2 cases left.

Mad Croc has listed in Ingredients....Carbon Dioxide, maybe since they couldn't spell their ingredients right was a possible downfall. Plus it was a complete rip-off of Red Bull.
