I was wondering if anyone could help me on monthly growth rates in the eneregy market. Specifically with Red Bull, Full Throatle and Monster. Is growth slowing at all?

Also what is full throatle doing to the market, is anyone seeing pricing pressure in the 16 ounce sizes?

Does anyone know roughly annual revs of Red Bull?

I am really trying to get a handle on the growth of this area - it seems there are so many drinks out there but the top brands keep growing like wild fire.
