With talk of Full Throttle Fury outselling Full Throttle in many accounts, Monster Khaos just having completed a successful launch in Canada, Lost Five-O and Rockstar Juiced packaged in 24oz cans.....is this the way to go?
I just tasted Khaos for the first time and I think it tastes great. Tastes like orange juice with a Monster aftertaste. Definately something I would have as a morning pick me up.
If these drinks really contain 50% juice, and retail for the same price as their regular counterparts, then there is very little if any profit to be made by the manufacturer. This probably explains why only Hansen's, Coke & Rockstar have ventured into the juice thing. They already have products on which they are making huge profits and to have a less profitable brand extension is no big deal for them.
What do you guys think of the energy + juice products? Here to stay? Only for the big guys?
