You just add to your coffee for an extra caffeine boost. I have also heard of adding to a coke or other beverage. The ones I have are black and unsweetened. It's like an expresso shot in a little creamer container. I bought and took them to work to add to our free coffee .
Today I'll be going back and buying the rest of the ones they have left. Great bargain I think.
