As far as your statement Scum1 "He says he is not marketint to kids" that is him just following the law. ALL energy drinks are not supposed to be marketed to kids. They are for persons over the age of 18.......but of course we all know that kids under 18 buy them.
He said it himself, he is mocking and MIMICKING the drug culture of the 80's. He just contradicted himself with that statement about how he isn't marketing it somewhat like a drug. As if the faux credit card and mirror wasn't already saying that for him.
Scum if I remeber correctly you took the same position when Cocaine came out. Now where is that company? How successful are they now that they got pulled form the shelf and came out with " You name it" or what ever it is now.
The one thing I disagreed with most about the segment is Logan's adolescent argument that he has a first amendment right to do this. He is a grown man with 2 children, does he not feel he has any responsibilty in assuring that children and adults should not be bombarded by this type of marketing?
Sure, he may ride a short wave of increased sales due to this but in the end the wave will come crashing down.
Whether you think can or think you can\'t, you\'re probably right!
