I posted this under the Bag in Box thread as well. Apparently, Red Bull won yet another lawsuit against a nightclub that was serving an energy drink knock off on the gun when patrons ordered Red Bull. This in itself is nothing new, however I am just blown away by how much they were awarded. God knows Red Bull will probably never see a penny of that money, but who cares. That settlement is bound to raise a ton of eyebrows in the bar industry. This was on the front page of the Chicago Tribune on-line.
