Well, I went ahead and decided that
1. The group will be called "The Loading Dock" as suggested by the user greg on this board,
and 2. The group will manage the majority of its communications through a dedicated forum. I just whipped up this forum today on InvisionFree,

NOTE: As it is right now, no one can register. This is because I'm not sure how we want to handle who we are trading with. I mean, worse case scenario if anyone can register then we are susceptible to repeat scammers. What is your guys' take on this?

Basically, as it is right now I'd like to ask that everyone who is interested in this group PM me their email address. I will then register you on the forum and email you your temporary password. I don't know a simpler way right now.

I'm still working on stickied rule and regulation topics, but wanted to let you all know it's pretty well on its way, and I appreciate ALL suggestions!

I suggest people just send you a private message here with their email in it. People probably don't want to just post their email in the boards here.
