Hey guys, I'm new so I wasn't entirely sure where to post this - but here goes:

Energy drink companies (Monster/Full Throttle, notably) do a lot of promotional and marketing events during Spring Break in various locations (PCB, South Padre, etc) and I have been on a few spring breaks where they have a huge stage setup on the beach and a DJ plays music while an emcee hosts contests and games all day.

My question is this: how do you become (or apply for) an emcee for these things? I am 22 years old and I still have a lot of spring break-ing to do, and I KNOW in my head and heart I can do this job... I've done things very similar

I'm not even sure if it's a paying job, and frankly I don't even really care.. I'd love to do it.

So if you guys could please respond or pass along some information, I'd really appreciate it.
