does anyone remember the nintendo themed shasta soda? i recently thought about it and the only flavor i remember was the "mario punch" in the red can. i know there are a couple more flavors, maybe; luigi(green), princess(pink), and acouple more. i looked on ebay to get a pic and this is all i could find 3610225407 (item number). if you know what i'm talking about post the name/character/color , pic would be cool too, thanks

yea they were short fat cans, probably 3/5 the size of a regular one

I totally remember those, and have deja-vu of mentioning them before, though I'm not sure. I remember Luigi had a green apple soda, and I also remember Yoshi and Mario, I think they were out around 1992 or 1993, since that was when I was in third grade and first allowed to walk to the store myself, where I finished a can on the front steps. Pretty good, albeit very short lived.

Dollar Tree, if you have them, regularly carries Shasta products in 24 oz. bottles now. They even have a Shasta cooler. Either 2 or 3 for $1.

It was meant to be a limited time promotion in 8oz / 4 pack cans.

There were 4 flavors; red, green, blue and pink.Don't remember all the names.

I think they still have some in the display case at the SLC plant.

Sold good for the price 1.19~1.29 per 4pk.
