Hey, I need someone who can tell me a lot about making sodas. Mainly I have questions about carbonation. Is there a system I can buy for under $500(us)? I would use yeast, but if I understand correctly if I avoid yeast I can eliminate bottles exploding. This is the major setback of my idea. Is anyone interested in working with me under the same bottling name? I plan on specializing in made from scratch birch beer (my absolute favorite), root beer and other different sodas.
