I'm new to this forum, so my apologies if this is not the right place to post this. I am from a small Coke distributor on an island in the Pacific. I am looking for dolly/cart recommendations for moving vending machines. Is there a multi-purpose cart...a "stair-stepper" type that can be used for general vending machine placement as well, or do I need to by two different carts?

    Want to trade jobs?

There are many options available, from electric ones that will "climb" the stairs for you to conventional pull & grunt models.

Contact "Magliner" or "WW Grainger" and see what they can offer or better yet, try a vending manufacturer and see where they can lead you.

Thanks so much! I will do that!

Trade jobs....hmmm...no thanks, I'll take the warm tropical breeze and no winter that I have here. Although I have to say that trying to service customers on an island can be a challenge. For example, EVERYTHING has to be shipped in. If you're short on Coca-Cola, you can't just go to production and get more. You have to wait for the next ship.

Overall it is wonderful, but I realize how spoiled I was in the states with everything right in front of me. Life here is much simpler.

Take care and thanks for the help!

I repair and move vending machines for a living. If you want the best you need to invest in a Ultra Lift dolly this is a motorized "stair-stepper and works the best for bottle/can vendors. If you are moving vending machines with legs then you would be best served with a pallot jack, but make sure you geta narrow fork version as the standard wide fork version doesn't fit between the legs of all machines.
