I am about to start my own distribution company and the only product I'll be selling is Pimp Juice (Nelly's energy drink). The question I have....is there some sort of software out there that I could use to account for all the place I go to that wind up byung product from me on a continual basis so i wouldn't have to take orders on paper or anything like that?

If Pimp Juice is all you are going to sell... you will only need a pen and your hand.

so you think that would be the easiest way? There are a ton of clubs and strip clubs in the tampa bay area that I would be servicing?

what about an order form? Or some sort of receipt? Basically I need to type up something that I could use on a continual basis? If that's the case....is there some sort of template that I can follow and base it off of?

There is a software called Trend from FTP Software. You can track each contact/customer, what they order, when they order, and many other screens for keeping track, forcasting, etc.

I believe you could design a spread sheet from Excell or Access to do what you are desiring.

Also considering that if Pimpjuice is your only energy drink, you will allow another distributer to come in and sell the 100+ other drinks out there, probally shorting yourself of much more profit than you COULD make, think about that. Maybe contact Sparechange Enterprises and see if they already have a distrbuter in the area selling Pimpjuice.

Don't quit your day job, if you have one.

QuickBooks...about $100-$150 and will track all of your info. No need to spend a ton of money on beverage software, especially if you are just selling Pimp Juice. But dont quite your day job. Nothing against Pimp Juice or you, but I have seen way to many people loose their @ss doing things like that.

Pimp juice is a good energy drink but not as good as Cascabel Energy Drink. If you are looking to distribute a great energy drink and get a lot of backing from the manufacturer check out the website www.cascabelenergydrink.com. Or contact us 210-826-9900 ask for Bruce Gore

The Cascabel can seems a little bit to busy for me. Little to much clutter on the can...but thats just my opinion. What makes Cascabel so good? Never heard of it, never seen it.

I agree Ron, the 8.4 oz can with the snake graphic taking up almost the entire can is very busy, hard to tell what it is. Doubt if we'll see it here in oregon.

To be totally honest with you guys I was a hardcore Red Bull drinker and also distributed the product in San Antonio. Once Cascabel came on to the scene down here and I tried it,I was hooked. If your into ingredients and vitamin contents Cascabel is the drink for you. The drink itself was formulated by people with nutritional backgrounds .Im sorry to hear you guys dont like the graphics of the can. To me it really catches the eye. We just put a 28 case refrigerator in a local university with our graphics splashed all over the side of it and the students loved it.With that in mind it has increased sales by 50% at that location. By the way we have made contact with BEV.NET and you should soon see how they rank us. Please give me more feedback on the label.
