I heard during the space shuttle's TV coverage, that astronauts are required to drink a good amount of fluids before they leave space.
It has something to do with replacing water that is lost in space.

Dose anyone know what they drink in space? Besides water, do they drink other things?
    Just wondering.

    Thanks
    Zabe

Gatoraide had a print add in SI about places it's consumed and by whom. Space was listed but I don't know if it's a pun or for real. I take it to be the truth.

Tang has always been the drink famous for consumption in space.

Someone should make a carbonated Tang soda and it'd beat just about every orange soda in the US, and it'd prolly taste alot like European Fanta.

There I go again with the European Fanta.

If what you did yesterday still looks big, you haven't done much today.

Coke went into space, as well as Pepsi, they both had "space cans" that NASA tested out - back in the mid 1980s.
