We had a party and have a lot of soda left over that is cold. I do not have enough room in the frig to put it all in. Can I let it warm down and then when needed, put it back in the frig to get cold?

Sure... as long as you avoid extreme heat and direct sunlight... and don't store for too long. Diet sodas will lose taste more rapidly. Most national brands will have a date somewhere on the package, although the product will not automatically go bad on that date, it is best to consume before it goes beyond the code.

Yes, but it may get real flat in the carbonation department. Due to the preservatives, you won't have to worry about spoilage of sodas, at least in near term use.
