i can understand banners as that's the new thing, but ramon, your latest little popup ad is too much. i PMed you once about it before, and you've had various pictures large, small that just lengthen posts and clutter but this little pop up ad you've got now is too much. please get rid of it and go back to that nice little coca-cola banner you had there. no full page coke ads from magazines or desktop wallpapers please.

sorry RWDLG, I changed my sig now...

But let me tell you something... if you can see the last images I posted, I hosted them at imageshack.us to place thumbs of the picture that you can click and sends you to a new window with a bigger image, this in order to not use a lot of capacity, and as far as I know, I don't remember I placed a wallpaper before. Plus, this is a free message board, and we can post here what we think and want (except bad words and images, of course). Like Benito Juarez said: EL RESPETO AL DERECHO AJENO ES LA PAZ (The respect to the public right is peace)

I know that the banner was too much, but my intention was not to screw users with dial-up connection, it was like a tribute I made to Ad Council, that is the second organization I admire most, because they always look for the people wellbeing with creative advertising, and they always create a positive impact in the american people. I wish that we could have an organization like Ad Council...

MrR,
I know you meant well. I think that this being a message board about beverages there is an implied / agreed rule to keep the content of the pictures and banners related to beverages.

As I have told you before; I always enjoy your pictures. The picture you just removed about donating blood was painful to look at. You would have no way of knowing this but I have to get many blood tests due to my poor health. As the saying goes "I gave at the office." LOL

I would not expect to see that kind of content on a beverage message baord. Again you had no way of knowing about this. I do appreciate that you took it down. Your a good board mate.

thanks, some of your banners were a tad out of hand and made the page waay too long. (i have dial-up ) and i beleive since this website belongs to the BevNet folks, it is kind of like someone's private business, i.e. you have to abide by the rules or they can ban you. it's not like, a public park or something. (i'm not mad or anything, or even talking specifically to you, just clarifying )
