The local Safe Store(Donicks) has started the ball rolling for holiday loss leader soda pop sales. If you buy $20 worth of groceries, you can buy a 24 case or cube of any Coke or Pepsi product for only $2.99

Jewel (Albertson's) has 2 lrts of Pepsi for 79 cents. They have a Pepsi pomotion. Buy two cubs for $9.00 and get a 6/24oz pack of Aquafina or Pepsi product free.

Here in Chi Town the stores have great soda pop sales. So far the average holiday price for cases and cubes is $4.99. I say let there soda pop wars begin. LOL

What are the holiday soda pop promotions and or sales like by your neck of the woods?

I have one account running $1.99 12pk Pepsi. Everyone else is pretty much $5.99 and/ or 88 cent 2 liters.

    Saint,
We get $1.99 12pks of one of the Big Three most every week. I guess Chi Town is a very competitive market. No one pays $5.99 for a case around here. $5.99 is considered a high price.

My local grocery store (Redner's) in the Philly 'burbs had this week 5 12 packs of coke for $10, ($2 each) and then they had a coupon for free 3- 2 ltr. bottles of Sprite, Fresca, or Segrams(sp?).

I notice next week at Shop Rite, they have 2 ltrs of Pepsi for under 79 cents.

It isn't hard to find good soda deals around here if you look at all the market curculars.

So well said. That's what I do. I get the grocery weekly adds Wednesday morning. The sale brakes on Thursday, so I am prepared as to which store will has my beverage of choice on sale. I tend to rotate my A list bevy's from week or month to month. It's real cool to have cheap A list choices. (Sorry my fingers went on a ramble mission. LOL)

Who needs ads when one can go to Sonic and order any one of 972,316,004 (not really that many but close)different flavor combinations.
Yes Zabe that was meant towards you
On a more serious note 12 packs for less than 2/$5 happens very rarely down my way. Maybe once every 6-8 months at one or two stores. A "HOT" deal on cans here is 2/$6 or $5.98 usually. A hot deal on 2 liters is 4/$4 or the occaisional 99 cents.

If I win the state Lottery, I want to build my own Sonic store just for my boad mates and any soda groupies. LOL Saint I like your humor but I rather have a Cherry Lemonade Sonic drink.

If you do not have 3 years of restaurant management experience they will not sell you a franchise. However I guess you could get a partner who has experience to "buy" the thing for you. Besides Cherry Lemonade isn't their best, I think I will start a poll to find out which flavor is best!
