With the death of my beloved vanilla coke I would like to get some vanilla pepsi which i found not too bad either, yet here in Charlotte, I cant ever seem to find it in a grocery store. It wasn't discontinued or anything, which boggles my mind. Is it like more rare to find it now?

still aplenty in OK city. 12 pk, 2 liter, 20 oz both regular and diet versions. More than likely you cannot find it due to the fact that coke DC'd vanilla and alot of consumers want a vanilla only cola.

It's funny how tastes for soda pop vary from region to region and sub markets to sub markets.

I use to fill a soda pop machine at a large office. It was a coke machine. I noticed that Sprite was nearly empty each afternoon when I filled it. Granted it was a 10 cent vend due to a company subsidy (fringe benefit).

I stayed late one evening and found out why Sprite was flying out the door. LOL Three floors worth of cleaning people were lined up taking 4 to 6 cans of Sprite out of our pop machine. I learned latter that Sprite was their favorite booze mixer. LOL

Funny they were not taking anything else but Sprite.

2 liters do quite well actually. diet more than regular but I would say total of about 8-10 cases combined a week in one of my stores and about 4-5 in the others. 12 packs reg more than diet probably 12 reg to 4 diet average of about 10 cs total per store per week. 20 oz are only in small format so I couldn't really give a figure but if we still carry them they must do somewhat ok.
