It appears there is a new diet dew... It tastes a bit better but why didnt they go with splenda?

i'm glad they didnt go with splenda - i think there would have been more backlash

I'm assuming you mean non-Splenda brand sucralose, because there IS sucralose in it.

But I agree that is does taste alot better.

I hate the new taste of Diet Mountain Dew. I drink about 5 cans a day but not anymore!

I love diet mountain dew and I just got my first pack of the new formula. I HATE IT! After I finish this 24 pack, it's Diet Cherry Coke for me.

Well...looking at the back of a 20oz bottle...the sweetners I see are aspartame and SUCRALOSE. So they used some Splenda...
