Now I know some of y'all watch American Idol. Who are your faves? Fess up. I'm leaning toward Mandisa this year, but I like Paris and Elliot as well. It's a great group this year, but Kellie and Chris have been getting on my nerves. I love that show. I also went to the store looking for Coke Blak after seeing the ad, but I was fooled. It isn't out yet.

I too an hooked on American Idol. American Idol in the winter and Big Brother in the summer are two TV shows that I can't get enough of.

I think the guy with the shaved head,sorry I forgot his name,will win it all. He has talent and has a very strong stage performance. I feel Simon is amazing and is the main reason I got hooked on the show. His critiques are just about 100% dead on correct. IMO Paula is
unbalanced "Eye Candy" and does not judge as much as she cheer leads each contestant. Randy has good shows and some bad shows, he does have strong show business/music career experiences to make it interesting. I would like Randy to stay with the show if it returns next season. I would not mind if Paula is replaced someone else that wants to be more of a judge.

Yeah, Simon is really funny. And I like Ryan Seacrest, too, and how the two of them banter. Chris, the shaved head guy, is good at what he does, but Mandisa is more to my musical liking. Elliott has a nice voice as well. I wouldn't buy any of their CDs, but I can't get enough of the show.

I agree with you but with one minor point.
Mandisa IMO is such a great talent and her voice is above and beyond the American Idol target age group. I mean I would love to see her make records that show case her talent. IMO her talent would not appeal as much to the younger crowd.

I am giving her many props and her voice and range is a joy to listen to. I bet if she cut a album with Gordie or Simon it would reach gold by Christmas. She is that good.

So in light of that, I think Chris is a solid American Idol. [img]smile.gif[/img]

Taylor may not win American Idol but after the post American Idol All Star tour, he will eventually end up working in Las Vagas opening for the big stars.

This guy is pure star talent. He is a natural entertainer/singer. He will be a head line show must see very soon.
