    Default Double NASCAR Daytona Day

For any "die hard" NASCAR fans this morning and then
tonight is about as good as it gets. This mornings BUSH race
was pretty darn good. I could not believe all the 3 and 4 car
    racing.

His son has tourrettes syndrome ( not the kind where people shout four letter words).
I thought the race sucked ,I should have slept in. No fun watching another illegal Hendrick's car win.

So sorry. I had no idea that he was struggling with a medical problem.
I apologize to Steve. I would never have said what I said.
Thank you for the info. I deleted my original comments.

That's the last Pepsi 400 you'll be seeing at Daytona - Coke signed a deal with the owner of that track (along with 10 other tracks they owned).

This won't start next year will it? Must be Pepsi needs to free up some cash for the rumoured Mountain Dew sponsorship deal with Dale Earnhardt Jr.

I am sure it doesn't have anything to do with freeing up money for a sponsership. It more than likely has to do with making profit. Sports venue deals provide very little profit, they are more for brand advertising. I am sure that Pepsi decided a price per case/gallon that they could live with and still make some profit, coke was cheaper.

It has nothing to do with freeing up money, just making some. The venues buy the product dirt cheap and sell it for more than sometimes 800% markup.

Over the last 6-7 years Pepsi has been "outbid" out of alot of venues for this reason. Movie theatres are about the same.
If what you did yesterday still looks big, you haven't done much today.
