around 60-200litres a batch/
I want the carbocooler and the capper, filler, everything.

Hello, If you are thinking about bottling the Sorrell drink that people make during the holidays in Jamaica that would be wonderful. (At least thats what I figure from your name) I always liked it a lot and thought it was best when they did not put ginger in it. Or at least too much ginger. I tried to grow the plant here in the states but the growing season was too short. I lived in Jamaica for several years and used to drink it. That and SourSop Juice. But as for a bottling plant. Sorry.

sorrel is bottled as a carbonated drink in Trinidad and tobago some years now.
