I'm trying to export some imported liquors.

How do I do that?

I don't mean to be a smart ass but why would you export something from here that you had imported?
Why didn't you just go straight from point of origin to final destination?

With that being said, you will have to contact the Embassy or consulat in the country you are trying to export the liqour to. You may also want to contact their authorities that handle consumable goods for importation. One of these bureaus should be able to send you in the right direction.
