Sh*t, that was the basic plan if I do make this trip. It was either go to Bennington then dip down into MA or go across to Brattleboro and sneak into NH.

Brattleboro has some pepsi differences, but nothing major that I remember. Oh! If you need Hires Root Beer, check the C-stores in Keene [img]smile.gif[/img]

I can get many of these flavors mentioned here in San Jose, but I'd like to try Nehi Orange or Sunkist Grape.

Hey Dr Pepperman, what DP copies do you have, and which ones are you looking for? I buy them every once in a while. Maybe I can find some you're missing over here.

So. Cal has a couple DP clones which I can get easy enough:

Real Dr (yeah, that's the name of it, it tastes more like Cheerwine than Dr Pepper)

Dr Springfield (not one I've tried yet, will since the grocers are on strike and I won't cross the picket lines)

ok lets clear up the upstate ny thing. I'm in the syracuse region once you cross into 518 area code in st. johnsville and on eastward the selection changes.that is the albany area start point and also the dr. pepper switch point from coke to pepsi.

When I was a kid we used to go to Syracuse to visit relatives and I used to buy bottled soda from vending machines; a great one was ROYAL PALM IMITATION GRAPE SODA. I'm guessing they don't still make that. And there was a hot dog stand in Liverpool called HEID'S which had a bottled birch beer in a bottle that just said "birch beer" on the cap; also they had Patio Root Beer from Clinton's Ditch but I'm sure all of that is gone as well...
