i can tell its from russia, as the website on the can is pepsi.ru, and .ru is for russia, and its all typed in a cyrillic text. other than that, i have no clue. i am wondering though that maybe it is pepsi vanilla, but there is no russian word for vanilla, so they used the most common item associated with vanilla, ice cream. just a random geuss, though.

In Russian it says "with the taste of Vanilla Ice Cream"
