Does one have to go to Dublin to get this or is it available in a wide swath of area in Texas? Does anyone know what they closest location to Austin or Dallas where one can pick this up? And does anyone know what a case goes for if buying in a grocery store as opposed to at the bottler (which I think is $21/cs before shipping)?

The actual Dublin location only sells returnable bottles. Most of the stuff found elsewhere is actually bottled by Temple Bottling Co and can be found throughout Central Texas. If you are traveling between Austin and Dallas, then you should check grocery stores in Temple and Waco. However, your best bet in Austin or Dallas is any Central Market location. It's expensive compared to other grocery stores, but it's the only one I know that will have Dublin DP for sure. Hope that helps.

Did they just start to sell only returnables? I was there about 3 years ago and was able to purchase non returnable bottles.

thanks for the tip on Central Market. Dublin sells 8-oz non-returnables (over the internet at least, I'm assuming you could buy them by showing up at the plant as well) and they did confirm for me they will fill 6.5 oz and 10 oz returnables but you must bring them the bottles for refill. I think I read somewhere that the 8-oz NR is bottled in Temple for Dublin.

Yeah, what I meant to say was that Dublin only bottles the returnables. They do sell the non-returnables, but those are actually made in Temple. Sorry for the confusion.

Central Market only sells 6-packs, and they are close to $8.

In Central and SW Oklahoma, you can find 6 packs of it for as low as 3.50. 6 packs of 12oz cans go for less than 2.00. Wal Mart's usually the cheapest.
