I still consider Hires Root Beer to be my favorite root beer but it seems to keep changing producers and getting harder and harder to find. I know I can order it through HometownFavorites.com but it ends up costing $3+ a bottle after shipping. Does anyone know where I can find it in or around San Antonio Texas? I am about ready to buy a pallet of it if I can find it and just store it. Any help is greatly appreciated. Rick

Temple bottles many brands for small independents throughout Texas that don't have their own production lines. I know they were producing Hires when I stopped by there in 2007.

I think that Mason was one of the small distributors that sold Hires.
